These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dual Account: AI Email  mobile application (the “Application”), provided by the Service Provider (the “Service Provider”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

1. Use of the Application

  • Unauthorized copying, modifying, or redistributing the Application, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

  • You may not extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative works.

  • All intellectual property rights (including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights) remain the property of the Service Provider.

2. Modifications and Charges

  • The Service Provider aims to keep the Application useful and efficient but may update, modify, or discontinue the Application at any time.

  • If fees are introduced for certain services, you will be clearly informed before being charged.

3. Data and Security

  • The Application may collect and process personal data you provide in order to deliver its services.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your access to the Application.

  • The Service Provider strongly discourages jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and affect the Application’s performance.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Please review them:

The Service Provider is not responsible for the operation, accuracy, or reliability of these services.

5. Internet and Network Responsibility

  • Some Application features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible for reduced functionality caused by lack of connectivity or data allowance.

  • If you use the Application on mobile data, your provider’s terms and charges apply, including roaming fees if applicable.

  • If you are not the account holder of the device, it is assumed you have permission from the bill payer.

6. Device Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to keep your device charged and functional. The Service Provider is not liable if you are unable to use the Application due to device issues (e.g., low battery).

7. Accuracy and Liability

  • While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, some information comes from third parties.

  • The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on the Application’s functionality or content.

8. Updates and Termination

  • The Application may require updates to remain compatible with your operating system. You agree to install updates when provided.

  • The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time, without notice. Upon termination:

    1. All rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end.

    2. You must stop using and delete the Application from your device.

9. Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms periodically. You are encouraged to review this page regularly. Any changes will be posted here, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
